anesthesia and facility fees are based on time. Surgery may run longer or shorter

Anesthesia $450 - 1 hr, $50 per additional 15 min.
Davis Surgery Center (Labia/Hymenoplasty only) - $600/hr
Anesthesia $400 - 1 hr, $50 per additional 15 min.

| A deposit of $500.00 required to schedule
surgery (discuss with office). Financing can be
arranged.
Dr. Goodman's fees are less than other major reputable
programs, secondary to lower overhead, special arrangements with local Surgicenters, and a
desire to make these procedures as affordable as possible. |
